The Caldera, Morigami, Lantern and Victoriana sleeve pattern making kit will show you how to create four origami inspired sleeve patterns. These statement sleeves, offered in a range of complexity, can then embellish the Chameleon or the FREE Kimono-Inspired dress patterns.

The Caldera and Lantern sleeves are loose fitting and finish just above the elbow. The Victoriana sleeve is bracelet length with a balloon shape and sits away from the arm. The Morigami sleeve is semi-loose fitting and finishes between the shoulder and the elbow. These sleeves will also fit the Kimono-inspired dress pattern, available here

Materials needed:

  • Woven, medium weight fabrics with some body. Fabrics such as linen, cotton and blends. Silk dupion, taffeta, satin, lightweight denim, drill and crepe 
  • Matching  thread 
  • 56cm/22” invisible zip 
  • Fusible interfacing

    • A0 copy shop file x 1 sheet 
    • A4/Letter print at home file (please print at 100%) x 8 pages
    • Full instructions x 10 pages

    Workshops
    Our workshops are non refundable unless we have a reserve list, and can fill your space.
